Bola Tinubu Approves Recruitment Of 30,150 Personnel Into Paramilitary Agencies

 President Ahmed Bola Tinubu GCFR has approved the recruitment of new personnel into Nigeria’s paramilitary services under the supervision of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB). 



According to the breakdown of the recruitment figures, the following agencies will engage qualified Nigerians:


1. Correctional Service – 5,150 personnel


2. Nigeria Immigration Service – 10,000 personnel


3. Federal Fire Service – 5,000 personnel


4. Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) – 10,000 personnel


5. Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board – 209 personnel


The recruitment exercise is scheduled to begin on Friday, June 13, 2025, with dedicated online portals for each agency to receive applications from interested and eligible Nigerians.


The application period will run for three weeks.
