£40m given to Arsenal and Liverpool as cost for 'New Ronaldo' Goncalo Guedes

Arsenal and Liverpool have been told that it will cost them £40million to sign Benfica star Goncalo Guedes, who is being dubbed the new Cristiano Ronaldo.
