Ondo APC chieftain, Ajongbolo hails Aiyedatiwa on Supreme Court victory

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Ajongbolo Oluwaseun, has congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the Supreme Court, describing the judgment as a triumph for democracy and the rule of law.

Ajongbolo, in a statement issued on Sunday, said the governor’s victory had further strengthened the confidence of the people in the judiciary and affirmed the popular mandate freely given to him by the electorate.

He said, “This judgment is not just a personal victory for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, but a collective victory for the people of Ondo State and our great party, the APC. It reaffirms the will of the people and the supremacy of the law.”

The APC stalwart assured the governor of his unwavering support, while pledging that the people of Akoko South West/South East Federal Constituency would continue to stand firmly behind his administration.

Ajongbolo added, “Governor Aiyedatiwa can be assured of my personal loyalty and support at all times.

“Beyond that, I can also assure him that the people of Akoko South West and South East Federal Constituency are solidly behind him. They will continue to support his government and all efforts to deliver dividends of democracy to our people.”

He urged political leaders and stakeholders in the state to close ranks and work with the governor in moving Ondo forward.
