Things got tense in the Big Brother Naija house today after a confrontation broke out between housemates Mide and Zita in the kitchen.
It all started when Mide was trying to prepare a meal for herself and a few other housemates. According to her, she asked Zita what she could do to help, but Zita responded with “I don't know fine girl.” Mide felt the response was rude and went on to share her frustration with Danboskid, who happens to be Zita’s love interest in the house.
Zita, on the other hand, didn’t seem too bothered until Mide told her to “shut up” — a statement that immediately escalated the situation.
Zita snapped, demanding to know why Mide would say that to her. The argument quickly got heated, with both housemates exchanging insults. Zita even called Mide a “dumb a** b**tch” and, at one point, used a pot to knock a knife out of Mide’s hand.
Mide had been holding the knife while cooking and wasn’t attacking, but Zita reacted because the knife was slightly pointed in her direction as Mide spoke.
Danboskid tried to hold Zita back and calm things down, while another housemate stepped in to hold Mide.
