Globacom launches new interactive services to engage, reward subscribers

Globacom, one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications companies, has introduced three new digital services designed to inform, entertain, and reward its subscribers through engaging, value-added experiences.

The new offerings,  Animation World Promo, Sport Brain, and Treasure Spin, were unveiled by the company in Lagos on Tuesday. The services are part of Globacom’s ongoing efforts to enrich user engagement and deliver innovative digital content to its growing subscriber base.

According to the company, Animation World Promo is a culinary-themed trivia game that tests users’ knowledge of Nigerian food culture. Participants answer a series of lively, food-based questions to earn points and unlock rewards, combining learning with entertainment.

Sport Brain targets football fans, offering a prediction platform where users can forecast the outcomes of matches from major international leagues. By selecting fixtures and submitting score predictions, participants can win exciting prizes based on their football knowledge.

Treasure Spin, meanwhile, presents a gamified digital treasure hunt. With each spin, users have the chance to win instant rewards, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the experience.

Globacom stated that each service is structured to deliver both fun and tangible benefits. Participants stand a chance to win daily, weekly, and monthly rewards, including ₦1,000 cash, ₦1,000 airtime, and 3.5GB data for 20 daily winners. Additionally, five weekly winners will each receive ₦100,000, while one grand prize winner will be awarded ₦1 million every month.

To participate, subscribers can dial 130552# for Animation World Promo, 131992# for Sport Brain, and 131993# for Treasure Spin. The services are accessible through flexible subscription plans: ₦100 for daily access, ₦300 for weekly access, and ₦500 for monthly access. Users can choose between one-time activation or auto-renewal.

Globacom confirmed that the services are available to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers across its network nationwide.

The telco said the introduction of these interactive services reinforces its commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance customer experience and foster greater engagement.
