Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has condemned in strongest terms Israel’s deadly act of aggression, vowing support for the Armed Forces in defense of the nation against the criminal regime.
"We pledge to the great Iranian nation and its honorable martyrs that we will employ all our strength and capacity to support the decisions of the Islamic establishment and the resolute actions of the Armed Forces in powerfully defending our beloved Islamic homeland,” he said in a letter to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
The top Iranian diplomat also wished success for comrades of the assassinated commanders and their successors.
The Israeli military said it used 200 fighter jets in its terrorist attack, dropping more than 330 various munitions and striking over 100 targets across Iran.
The regime’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the strikes would take “many days”.
Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami, Commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, and six nuclear scientists were martyred in the Israeli aggression.
