BENIN – The Riverine Peace Initiative in Niger Delta (RPIND) applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appointment of Engineer Bashir Bayo Ojulari as the Group CEO of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
The commendation was contained in a statement signed by RPIND President Comrade Mulade Toluwa and Secretary General Peter Germans, which was made available to journalists in Benin, Edo state.
According to the statement, Engr. Bayo’s appointment will undoubtedly help to revamp NNPCL’s working system, drawing on his extensive experience in the oil sector.
“Having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Renaissance Africa Energy, we are confident in his ability to reposition NNPCL to increase crude oil production above President Tinubu’s targets.”
The Peace Body, on the other hand, expressed heartfelt congratulations to Engineer Bashir Bayo Ojulari, urging him to continue his good legacy, open door policy, and accountable and transparent dealings in his new office.
