A Calabar man has taken over in Port Harcourt - APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, writes as Rivers state Sole administrator assumes office

 APC Chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, has reacted to the new sole administrator in Rivers State assuming office today March 20. 

Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (Rtd) arrived at the Rivers State government house this morning where he will be discharging his duties as the sole administrator of the state.

 

Sharing photos of Ibas sitting on the seat of power in Rivers state, Igbowe wrote;

‘’When two siblings fought themselves to death, a stranger would take over their inheritance. A Calabar man has taken over in PH.''
