Sunshine Stars have declared the duo of Seidu Salisu and David Obiazor wanted for leaving the club without official permission.
The two players, according to the club are yet to rejoined their colleagues in training following the new year break.
The Akure club are currently preparing for the second stanza in Ikenne, Ogun State.
“Sunshine Stars warn clubs and agents not to deal with Salisu and Obiozor in the area of transfer without the club’s approval,” they said in a statement.
“The club also inform Nigeria Premier Football League that the players are still contracted to Sunshine Stars and any move by football clubs to illegally secure their services elsewhere, without due process will attract a lawsuit.”
The Owena Waves will host Ikorodu City when the league resume on Saturday, June 25.
