A set of school keys given to murdered bride-to-be Stephanie Scott by a colleague the last time she was seen alive were allegedly found at the home of her accused killer Vincent Stanford.
Australian police have charged school cleaner Stanford, 24, with the 26-year-old teacher's murder and will allege Stanford killed Ms Scott at some point between 11am and 7.20pm on Sunday, before dumping her car and body.
Ms Scott was last seen by a colleague at Leeton High School at 11am on Sunday morning, when she picked up a set of keys to get into a classroom so she could plan work for her students to do while she was on her honeymoon in Tahiti.
Authorities allegedly began to focus their investigation on Stanford after discovering he had given misleading information about being at the school on Sunday, the Daily Telegraph reported.
He was not scheduled to clean the school that day.
Police allegedly found blood in Stanford's car, and a photo of what appears to be a burnt body on a mobile phone.
Investigators spent most of yesterday combing through Stanford's home.
Various items of interest in brown paper evidence bags were lined up outside the back door of Stanford's house in Leeton, 550 kilometres west of Sydney, which he shares with his mother and older brother.

Grief-stricken

Just down the road from the single-storey home, Ms Scott's grief-stricken fiance Aaron Leeson-Woolley made an emotional visit to the makeshift shrine outside the high school.

He broke down in tears at the gates of the school, where family, friends and students have left dozens of heartfelt tributes and yellow balloons.

Mr Leeson-Woolley was comforted by Ms Scott's mother, Merrilyn, as he knelt with his hands to his face.
Dressed in a red and blue hoodie, he talked and embraced friends who were there to honour the English and drama teacher.
Ms Scott disappeared just six days before her wedding with Mr Leeson-Woolley, which was meant to take place on Saturday.
Stanford's house was cordoned off as a team of police officers stood outside in the front garden where a "For Sale" sign had been put up.

Very polite

Next door, the shocked neighbours of Stanford told Daily Mail Australia about the accused killer who they used to chat with over the fence.
Gail Scanlan said he was a beautifully mannered and polite young man who wanted to get ahead in life.
"Vincent is a big strong fellow with dark, black eyes, almost fully bald and he sometimes wears a black beard," Mrs Scanlan said.
"He was a professional cleaner in Holland and has all his certificates and papers and seems very good at his job.
"He works at two or three schools and was hoping to get a full-time job."
