Family very worried over missing Auckland boy named Keegan O'Boyle

Keegan O'Boyle went missing a week ago.
The cousin of an Auckland boy who has been missing for a week says the family are very worried and has asked anyone with information to contact police.
Keegan O'Boyle, 13, went missing from his grandmother's house in Grey Lynn on the morning of April 14.
Last night, the family confirmed he was still missing and referred all media inquiries to the Avondale Police Station.
On Sunday, two posts on the Facebook page Missing People New Zealand said it was "out of character for Keegan" and that no one had heard from or seen him since last Tuesday.
The posts said: "Keegan's parents are living a parent's worse nightmare and are devastated and just want Keegan home."
Meghan Rapson commented on the post, saying Keegan was her nephew and she hoped "he is safe and is found soon".
As of last night, the posts had received hundreds of comments.
Lisa Maguiness shared a photo of Keegan, her cousin, on her own Facebook page last Thursday, and asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact police.
"Please share this so we can find him as his family is very worried," she said.
Anyone with information should contact Avondale Police Station on (09) 302 6400. Police could not be reached for comment last night.
