Morocco banned from Africa Cup of Nations in 2017 and 2019

Morocco have been banned from the 2017 and 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournaments after refusing to host the competition this year.
The scheduled hosts withdrew from the role amid concerns over the Ebola virus and, following disagreements with the Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF), Equatorial Guinea stood in at late notice.

However, CAF confirmed via its Twitter account that Morocco would be banned from the next two tournaments, fined $1million as well as forced to pay a further €8m in damages to the federation.
"Morocco banned from #AFCON2017/2019, fined US$1million & Euro8mllion in damages to CAF. Full statement coming shortfly [sic]," CAF tweeted.
