Ellen - Kanye West Apologizes For Bad Behavior

Kanye West’s once-frequent meltdowns may have earned him a reputation as a seriously grumpy guy, but the rapper reveals that his marriage to Kim Kardashian and the birth of daughter North have helped him change his outlook on life.
In a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Kanye admits that marriage and fatherhood have improved him on multiple levels.

“I’ve definitely learned how to compromise more … and I’ve learned how to shut up more,” says Kanye. ”I think I’m a better human being because of her and because of my daughter.”
After Ellen notes that Kanye seems more at peace now than ever before, the rapper admits that a few years back, he was lashing out because he felt stifled by the industry that made him famous.
“I think I was going through my version of my terrible twos,” says Kanye. “My daughter, she wants to express herself, but she just doesn’t have the words for it. And for me, there’s just so many things I wanted to do with film, with clothing, and I just didn’t have the words of the resources or the backing or the perception that I could do it because I was a rapper.”
As for the changes he’s made since then, Kanye says his deal designing for Adidas has given him a much-needed new creative outlet. “Last year, two years ago, whatever, you guys were seeing someone being suffocated by perception … I tried something different over the past couple years and I got some really good results from it, too.”
It’s not just professional ventures that Kanye has to look forward to — the rapper admits that he and Kim are hoping to have another baby soon. “We’re trying,” says Kanye. “I just want whatever Kim wants.”
