DOUGLAS COSTA has told Shakhtar Donetsk not to stand in the way of his move to Chelsea

DOUGLAS COSTA has told Shakhtar Donetsk not to stand in the way of his move to Chelsea.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho wants to bring the Brazilian midfielder to Stamford Bridge before next Monday's transfer deadline.
Chelsea chiefs are currently working on a deal and remain confident of clinching the signing of Costa despite having had an opening £16m bid rejected by Shakhtar last week.
Shakhtar want £30m for Costa, who has revealed to holding discussions with the Ukrainian club over lowering their asking price.
"I put my situation to them and they said they would try to help me. Now, we'll see if it comes to an agreement," the 24-year-old said.

Costa revealed his desire to team-up with the Special One at Chelsea.
"To play at Chelsea is a dream for any player," he told GloboEsporte.
"But really, what catches my eye is the coach. He is a very intelligent coach and has been victorious wherever he went.
"One of the things that would make me happier to act at Chelsea would be this."
Costa added: "I also know that with Mourinho at Chelsea, my progress would be even greater.
"He has won just about everything. He is among the best, if not the best. He is at the top."
